About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information BOOA receives and uses when someone visits the site or uses BOOA member features.

Information Received from Patreon

BOOA uses Patreon to manage memberships and member authentication.

When a member connects to BOOA through Patreon, BOOA may receive information needed to identify the member and provide the correct access, such as Patreon account identifiers, name, email address, membership status, tier and entitlement information.

BOOA does not receive or store payment card details through the Portal.

Membership payments and related payment information are processed by Patreon or the applicable payment platform under their own privacy policies and terms.

Information Created in the BOOA Portal

When members use the Portal, BOOA may store information generated through that use, including membership history, download activity, Collection and Saved activity, access records, and information voluntarily submitted through member features such as Storefront.

This information is used to operate the Portal, provide the correct membership access, maintain member features, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Service Providers

BOOA relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, databases and file storage.

Only information reasonably required to provide those services is processed through them.

Data Retention

BOOA may retain account, membership and activity records where reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain continuity, protect BOOA's rights, prevent abuse and meet legal or administrative requirements.

Cookies and Essential Technologies

BOOA uses essential cookies and similar technologies where necessary for sign-in, session continuity, security, and core site functionality. BOOA does not currently use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

Some information managed directly by Patreon must be changed or requested through Patreon.
